Entrepreneur. Real Estate Investment Advisor. Philanthropist. Liz Do is no stranger to the real estate business. Born in the Midwest and raised in Orange County, California, her education in the business started at the tender age of 12. By high school, Do’s enthusiasm, intelligence, and entrepreneurial spirit showed in her balancing school, work in her family’s businesses, and managing skate shops in California and New York. By the time Do headed to college, she was the Financial Officer of her family’s import/export and manufacturing business – all before turning 21. Do’s resourcefulness has earned her, loyalty, recognition, and, since 2005, closed $30 million worth of sales. In 2007 when the market was nearly stagnant, she took on the often-overlooked lease business; this quickly built her reputation and clientele. In 2008 she was given a National Real Estate Award from Maison Associates and was a Top Producer at CCR Properties, Inc. that same year. In 2009 Do made the nation’s list of the Top 30 Under 30. She is a participant in several area charities including, since 2007, the community’s Mentorship Program at Garden Grove High School. As a strong advocate for education and helping students and schools reach their potential, Do hosted a local fundraising event for Save the Music, VH1’s national outreach to schools. Do is a member of the Pacific West Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and REO Trans. As a 2nd generation Realtor, she prides herself strongly in caring for customer’s needs, wants and expectations. She believes in a long-term commitment to her clientele and believes in providing the customer excellent service with up to date technology and tools to keep pace with The O.C. Lifestyle.
